Our Process includes a special glazing technique which carries the wood grain appearance of the face of the tile over on to the bullnosed edge. We have fired planks as long as 72 inches so your 24, 32, 36, and 48 inch pieces will be just fine. Glazed and re-fired, NEVER painted, to ensure a factory-grade appearance to every piece of trim tile.
